This does not include the shipping time.  I do ship via USPS First Class with tracking and it usually takes 3-5 BUSINESS days.

Return/exchange policy:

All returns are for store credit only, no exceptions.  If you selected the wrong item, there are no refunds or exchanges.  You must purchase a new item.  Please check all information before checking out.

Something not right?

**If you believe you have received defective merchandise or were shipped incorrect merchandise, you must, without exception, contact us within 72 hours of receipt. We will do everything we can to make it right!  This does not include mistakes made by the customer when purchasing.

Here's how it works:
You scan or take a photo of your favorite recipe in full color, send me a high-resolution (300 dpi) jpeg file in an Etsy conversation or email (address provided in order confirmation email), and I'll do the rest!

Need more than 2 towels? I am happy to do a bulk order price.

Turnaround time depends on the quality of the scan (much faster if you have a great scan that requires minimal editing). Right now, turnaround time is about 3-5 days (+ 3-5 days for shipping). Need your towel(s) ASAP? I HIGHLY recommend upgrading to Priority Shipping or Express Shipping at checkout. Made in a smoke and pet free home.
